Winter Care Blankets/Mattresses/Pads carry a one year warranty.

 The warranty is valid if only the product has not been tampered with and all the instructions
as mentioned above have been adhered to.

 The manufacturer, after inspection, will repair or replace the product or any component of
the product found to be defective during the warranty period.

 The decision will be subject to the degree of problem and the judgment of Winter Care team.

 The replaced product will be a new piece.

 This is an exclusive warranty. This warranty is valid for the purchaser from the date of initial
purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original receipt.

 This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts or damage resulting from
negligent use or misuse of the product or use on improper voltage.
